CallDoc24 answers after-hours calls, records messages and contacts the physician on-call. In addition, CallDoc24 maintains an archive of every message, is cost-effective, HIPAA compliant, secure and easy to setup and use. 1. The patient calls their physician after-hours and is seamlessly forwarded to CallDoc24's automated answering service

2. CallDoc24 answers on the first ring, plays a custom greeting, and prompts the patient to record their name and a brief message, and verify their call-back number

3. If required, CallDoc24 immediately contacts the physician on-call, based on a pre-established protocol, via phone/pager and e-mail

4. The physician on-call listens to the patient's message, in their own words and voice, and can be automatically connected to the patient (without displaying their personal phone number) via CallDoc24

5. The physician also has the option to record notes about the call which can be can inserted into the patient's chart
